anchor plate punching and automatic welding line for mining industry

It is the first automatic production line which can straighten thickness up to 20mm in China. The final product is anchor disk（plate anchor) for mining industry. Except uncoiling, leveling and auto feeding function, it also equipped with hydraulic cutting machine and automatic welding machine.

Raw material: Q355 high tensile steel
Thickness: 4-20mm
Coil width:100-400mm
Feeding speed: 16m/min， 32-35 stokes/min.

2,Hydraulic shearing machine
Driven by oil cylinder, can adjust cutting length and position based on request

3,Automatic welding machine
1). Driven by a motor to move the screw to achieve different position.
2). The welding machine is standard sub-arc welding machine, and the welding sliding platform moving automatically after receiving signal.
