Advantages

Feasures

Multi-station transfer mold is installed by a number of engineering molds with a certain process connection according to the process and transmitted by the manipulator. Each station is a complete engineering mold, complete a specific process, each sub-mold is independently adjustable, and the adjustment is generally not restricted by the front and back sub-molds.

Lower die height must be consistent, and meet the requirements of manipulator for the lower die height,
The size of the subdie must be similar, because the punching machine for each subdie space is fixed
The closing height and stroke must meet the requirements of the press.
